The Boötes Apartments are being developed in partnership with Brighton Ventures. The property is located in south Bozeman, adjacent to Montana State University, which recently posted record-setting enrollment of nearly 17,000.

 

The property will feature 4-bedroom townhomes, as well as 2 and 3-bedroom flat-style apartments. The site is located just south of Bobcat Stadium, home of the MSU Bobcat football team, and the new 120,00 square foot indoor athletics building projected to be completed in 2024.
