Located on the site of the former Cupples 7 building in the historic Cupples Station Historic District of downtown St. Louis. This site was purchased from the Treasury Department of St. Louis. The three-quarter acre site was vacant for nearly a decade and is being transformed into 148 Class A apartment units.
The 11th & Spruce Apartments are located within an entertainment corridor offering walkability to numerous entertainment destinations, including Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center and Ballpark Village.
The building will be a five-story structure over a one-story podium.
