Tom Calahan
Tom is a Partner of Balboa Real Estate Partners, LLC. Tom brings over 16 years of real estate investment experience, primarily focused on direct and indirect investments on behalf of institutional investors. Prior to co-founding Balboa Real Estate Partners, Tom worked in the real estate investment management groups of StepStone, Green Street Advisors and Aviva Investors. Tom received a MBA from Columbia Business School, a MS from New York University and a BS from Cornell University.
Brian Farrell
Brian is a Partner of Balboa Real Estate Partners, LLC. Brian brings over 8 years of real estate investment experience, primarily focused on direct and indirect investments on behalf of institutional investors. Prior to co-founding Balboa Real Estate Partners, Brian worked at The Blackstone Group in its real estate private equity division. Brian received a BS from the University of Richmond, with a concentration in Finance.
