Briarcliff Apartments

Located on one of the last developable sites in the Briarcliff master planned community, the Briarcliff apartments are approximately 5 miles north of downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

The Briarcliff Apartments were developed in partnership with Port KC, through the issuance of Missouri Chapter 68 Revenue Bonds. In connection with this transaction, and in compliance with the Kansas City, Missouri Housing Ordinance, a portion of the project's apartment homes will be deemed affordable housing.

The nine acre site, will contain two residential buildings, with resort-style amenities including a pool, fitness center, patio with grills, pet spa, dog runs, work from home space, club rooms and more. The community offers surface parking, garage parking and covered parking options.

The project is walkable to the Village at Briarcliff, an upscale retail center with food markets, restaurants, and other entertainment options.
