Crossroads Logistics Center was developed in partnership with a number of local stakeholders, including the Dayton Development Coalition, JobsOhio, the City of Union and the Montgomery County Transportation District.
Crossroads Logistics Center is a Class-A distribution center located in the Dayton, Ohio market and adjacent to the Dayton International Airport. The project is located near the intersection of two major logistics corridors, Interstate 70 and Interstate 75, providing N/S/E/W connectivity to major population centers in the Midwest, East Coast and Canada.
